Hazmat marked. The HM column prints, but a compliant hazardous materials BOL also needs the proper shipping name, hazard class, UN/NA number, packing group and a 24-hour emergency response phone number — this tool doesn’t generate those. Add them by hand or use your hazmat paperwork.

It doesn’t model hazmat classification, rate/pricing data, or carrier lookups — carrier and trailer/seal fields are blank fill-ins completed at pickup, and the freight class comes from your shipment’s own density math, not a tariff lookup.
