What a pull list does

A pull list (or pick sheet) tells the warehouse exactly what to take off the shelf to fill an order. The hard part is translating a customer's piece quantity into how the product actually sits in the rack: full cases you can grab whole, plus a handful of loose pieces that have to be opened and counted out. This tool does that for every line, using the units-per-case stored per SKU, so the picker sees “20 cases + 20 pcs” instead of just “500.”

Loose pieces usually get repacked into a partial box for shipping — build the actual shipment (and its labels) from these same SKUs in the Shipment Workpad, which sizes that repack box for you.
